By creating an account or using SMS Localhost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SMS Localhost to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented. You must comply with all applicable telecommunications and marketing laws, including anti-spam regulations. You must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.

4. SMS Credits and Billing

SMS credits are purchased in bundles and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Each SMS message consumes one credit. Pricing is displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.

5. Sender IDs

Sender IDs are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or revoke sender IDs that are misleading, impersonate other entities, or violate our policies.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on third-party providers and network conditions. We are not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery outside our control.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and message the contacts you upload.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the platform for spam or illegal purposes, or fail to pay for services. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMS Localhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
