Setup Guide

  1. Import patient contacts via Contacts → Import with fields: doctor_name, appointment_time
  2. Create a "Patients" contact group (select during import)
  3. Add {clinic_name}, {clinic_address}, {clinic_phone}, {business_hours} as global variables in Organisation Settings → Custom Settings
  4. Create a Campaign targeting your patient group with the reminder message
  5. Set the scheduled date/time to send 24 hours before appointment day
