Creating a Template
- Go to Templates
- Click Create Template
- Fill in:
- Name — a descriptive label (e.g. "Payment Reminder")
- Industry — category like Church, School, Loan, Retail, Health, or General
- Use case — a short description (e.g. "Weekly service reminder")
- Message body — your message text with variables
- Click Save Template
Using Templates
Each template card shows two action buttons:
- "Use in Campaign" — opens the campaign creation form with the message pre-filled
- "Use in Recurring" — opens the recurring campaign form with the message pre-filled
You can also clone an existing template to create a variation, or use the built-in system templates as starting points.
