Creating a Template

  1. Go to Templates
  2. Click Create Template
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — a descriptive label (e.g. "Payment Reminder")
    • Industry — category like Church, School, Loan, Retail, Health, or General
    • Use case — a short description (e.g. "Weekly service reminder")
    • Message body — your message text with variables
  4. Click Save Template

Each template card shows two action buttons:

You can also clone an existing template to create a variation, or use the built-in system templates as starting points.
